The  Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) and l’Union Nationale pour la Course au Large (UNCL) are pleased to announce a brand new website for the International Rating Certificate (IRC) rating rule with an updated appearance and clear, simplified navigation to access information for owners, sailors, measurers and race organisers.

Owned and administered by the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) in the UK and l’Union Nationale pour la Course au Large (UNCL) in France, IRC is used in over 40 countries worldwide for hundreds of inshore and offshore events, from club evening races to international offshore classics.

    Eddy Lekens, Ice for his sailing friends, started sailing at the age of 9 and soon started racing with keelboats with his parents. He is the founder and owner of ClubRacer, one of Europe's most popular sailing websites. Eddy Lekens was in 2004 awarded for "best offshore sailor of The Netherlands" for his results with the Audi sailing team. His other passion away from sailing is being a omnichannel ecommerce consultant.
