The Salon Nautic de Paris is hosting the premiere of two new electric sailing yachts from BENETEAU: the Oceanis 30.1 and the First 44. The two new offerings are the continued realisation of Groupe Beneteau’s sustainability strategy, which takes a look at manufacturing processes and product development with an eye toward carbon reduction and eco-friendliness.

Let's discover the new Grand Soleil 40. A fast and dynamic boat that expresses its marked sporty personality in its performances, with all the requirements to replicate the great success of the GS 44 – winner of the last ORC World Championship – while maintaining the style and elegance typical of the brand. Grand Soleil 40 will be presented in an exclusive World Première during Cannes Yachting Festival 2022.

A 12 people strong jury has voted for the X5⁶ to be among the finalists in the category Luxury Cruiser. This is itself an achievement and can only get better from here! The X5⁶ is going through test sails in Barcelona in October and the final result of these tests will be reveiled at the Boot in Düsseldorf in 2022.

The Grand Pavois La Rochelle, via its organiser Grand Pavois Organisation, confirms that the 49th edition of the international in-water boat show will be held from Tuesday 28 September to Sunday 3 October.

“Black Marlin” is a 33 ft/10 m full carbon trimaran. With the designer, boatbuilder and sailor Jan Andersen at the helm, the boat has won almost every line honour (first boat to finish) in the major danish races. Among them is a series of victories in “Silver Rudder”, the world’s biggest single-hand sailing regatta (up to 450 boats competing). 
 

With general design by Nauta Design and naval architecture by Reichel/Pugh, the RP-NAUTA 100 is a last-generation custom cruiser-racer. The 100 footer’s clean and  modern look  is the result of years of experience in designing ocean-going sailing yachts. Morgana has three en-suite guest cabins, including a large owner’s suite forward and a dedicated TV area in the forward part of the salon.

The 2020 RORC Yacht of the Year, winning the Somerset Memorial Trophy is the British JPK 10.10 Jangada, owned by Richard Palmer. Racing with Jeremy Waitt as crew, Jangada was the overall winner of the RORC Transatlantic Race and winner of the Two-Handed Class for the RORC Caribbean 600. Only two other Two-Handed teams have won the award before; Shaun Murphy with Slingshot in 2006 and Nick Martin with Diablo-J in 2012.

Oyster Yachts has announced the Oyster 495, the company’s much anticipated 50-foot yacht, which promises to set the standard in her class.  

Yesterday late in the afternoon, the X5⁶ was launched for the very first time! It was a tremendously glorious sight to see the new beauty hit the water.

The new Grand Soleil 44 represents the brilliant design intuition and the unique positioning on the market, anticipating the requests of increasingly demanding owners interested in a yacht with a double purpose: cruising, and racing.
